Food is amazing! The spice and heat is right on. Everything is delicious! Been to the original on Franklin, the recent one of Atlanta Road and now this one on Powers Ferry. Sooo good!!
Great, outstanding, and fab come to my mind when I think of eating at Tasty China. Their food is so very good. Be aware that it can be very spicy. Portions are large so they are easy to share or provide leftovers to take home. I love their double cooked pork and spicy shrimp.
ordered takeout again. ordered the same food options,as I always do. food is a little salty, like always but its tasty. food is always cooked fresh and it's quick. consistency is what you'll get here. This spot has pretty decent Sichuan food! Not very spicy and none of our dishes has the characteristic mala flavor of Sichuan peppercorns but everything was quite tasty. Loved the double cooked pork which had great flavor and a ton of garlic greens ($13.95), the cumin lamb, dry-fried string beans, and eggplant in garlic sauce (flavorful and not too sweet!). Stir fried pork with bamboo was also delicious and although the fish in chili oil lacked all the veg it usually has at the bottom, the flavor was good, especially over rice (def didn't feel like three-chili level of spicy but that could be a good thing, haha). Service was good and I found the prices quite good for the quality and amount. This is definitely one of the better Chinese restaurants I've been to around the Atlanta area.
My family and I purchased cumin lamb, fish, pork belly, string beans, eggplant, and pork. It ended up being 6 orders and amounted to $90 roughly. Everything was tasty and a tolerable amount of spice. Food came fast and water was filled pretty quickly without asking, which is appreciated. Cumin lamb and the string beans are my two favorites. I Would recommend.
Stopped by for a quick lunch on a weekend and this place did not disappoint. They give a good amount of food with each serving. My parents and I ordered two dishes for the three of us and it filled us up! We went with the Szechwan chicken which had a good amount of spice to it and was delicious! We also ordered the Kung pao chicken which was also very tasty and filling. For the price, they give a good amount of chicken and the flavors do not disappoint!
